If you need to file a simple tax return, but are having trouble completing the forms, the Canada Revenue Agency is offering Free Tax Services to low income individuals and families in BC.

The CAPHC is offering a free webinar on April 24 at 8am PST (11am, EDT) on Traditional Care Planning: When Complex Kids Outgrow Paediatric Care

BCCPAC is offering a Special Education Parent Network Day in Nanaimo on April 20 from 8:45am – 4:00pm. Cost is $20 and includes lunch. Click here to register.

Autism Awareness Month events: fun for the whole family!

Family Fun Day at Monarch House Autism Centre (3185 Willingdon Green, Burnaby) will feature a bouncy castle, BBQ, face painting and balloon artist, along with lots of other fun activities. April 20, 11am – 1:30pm. Admission is free, but cash donations for Autism Speaks Canada will be gratefully accepted. Call 604.205.9204 to RSVP or for more info.

Canucks Autism Network will be hosting the CAN Family Festival on April 28 10:30am – 2:30pm in downtown Vancouver. There will be food, entertainment and family-friendly activities. Free admission.
